More than 20 guests from all over the world were here to find out about the latest SIOS developments. Special attention was paid to the practical application of the devices. For example, a CNC machine was calibrated in our workshop using our calibration interferometers. Other tasks included the adjustment and measurement with the new laser interferometer SP-NG, the differential interferometer SP-DI and the vibrometers of the LSV-NG series. To strengthen the cooperation, there were intensive personal discussions and joint activities in the evening.
