The highlights of our presentations were ultra-stable interferometers, high-resolution vibrometers, and laser interferometers for calibrations of coordinate measuring machines and machine tools. The SP 5000 NG measuring system was demonstrated on-site at the CNC machine in our mechanical workshop during perpendicularity calibration.
