Today we welcomed a group of third year office communication clerks at SIOS Meßtechnik GmbH. The excursion was organized and prepared by the four trainees Annika-Noreen Petersen, Lea Hoffmann, Leonie Kühn and Günter Lipfert as part of their project management course. Their express wish was to gain an insight into the world of an industrial company. For this reason they chose SIOS Meßtechnik GmbH.
The visit started with a presentation by Dr. Denis Dontsov, who informed the students about our company and our innovative products. He then led the group through the various departments at SIOS, including development and mechanical and optical production. During the tour, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and get an impression of the manufacturing processes and vertical integration at SIOS.
The trip was accompanied by the vocational school's project management teacher, Ms. Gräser, and the class teacher, Ms. Zöppig. The students of the vocational school in Arnstadt/Ilmenau showed great interest in the production processes and the laser interferometer technology.
We are proud to support the next generation of specialists and to promote enthusiasm for innovative technologies. The exchange with the future office communication specialists was enriching and inspiring for both sides.
