Many applications in industry and research require highly precise and informative vibration analysis on a wide variety of surfaces.
Non-contact vibration and length measurement on surfaces of any roughness and under industrial operating conditions can be realized very precisely and quickly with the LSV 120 NG vibrometer.
The laser vibrometers from this series have integrated optics with a fixed working distance. The focusing lens is installed in the sensor head and is thus protected against damage and environmental influences. Therefore, this basic variant is preferred for OEM applications in industry.
The surface of the moving object may have any roughness. Mechanical vibrations with amplitudes up to ± 20 mm can be measured in the range from 0 to 5 MHz with a resolution in the sub-nanometer range. Static measurements are also possible with this measurement system.
The design of the vibrometer is as compact as it is robust. Its housing is splash-proof and the optical fibers are supplied with protective jackets on request.
The laser interferometric vibration measurement system has extensive options for triggering measured value recordings, so that the entire measurement sequence can also be automated or remotely controlled.
non-contact vibration measurement on surfaces of any roughness
determination of vibration spectra
determination of vibration modes by point scanning of the surface (hardware extension necessary)
determination of natural frequencies on microobjects and macroscopic components
multi-coordinate measurements with multiple systems
fixed installation and integration into customer superstructures
high-precision length measurements
